At Skill Foundry, we create learning experiences that actually deliver. Many course providers will brag about "vanity metrics" like "completion rates" or "net promoter scores".

The metric we care about is outcomes.

That doesn't mean the content can't be beautiful and engaging, but actually using skills and changing behavior is what really matters.
Eric Wise
Co-Founder & Lead Architect
With over 20 years in software development and education, Eric launched one of the first Java/C# coding bootcamps in the U.S. back in 2013. He’s mentored hundreds of learners into real jobs. Some now working at places like Netflix. Eric brings deep backend expertise, a love of problem solving, and a passion for helping learners find the right path in tech (even if it's not the one they expected).

Shelby Wise
Co-Founder & Director of Learning Strategy
Shelby comes from a background in engineering and instructional design. She’s led the design and management of complex education programs across industries and platforms,  from onboarding data center technicians to crafting executive leadership training. Shelby makes sure everything we build is human centered, evidence based, and outcome aligned. She's also the reason our curriculum never settles for “good enough.”
