AI Literacy Training for Business Teams and Leaders
What does AI Literacy even mean?
Before Strategy Comes Understanding
AI Fundamentals
LLMs like ChatGPT aren't the only types of AI systems. Learn about how to weigh deterministic vs. probabilistic approaches, the data required, and how to separate reality from marketing hype.
Ethics & Bias
Your team is responsible for its AI output. Learn how bias enters AI systems, learn from real-world failures, and start asking the right questions to evaluate vendor claims and your internal readiness.
Governance & Compliance
Regulators are slow to move, but they're catching up! Learn about key principles from the GDPR and EU AI Act. High-risk activities, accountability, and liability, explained without requiring a law degree.
Risk & Security
AI has introduced a whole new class of business risks and cybersecurity threats. You don't need to be a technician to ask the right questions, and you don't want to explain to your board why all your confidential data was leaked.
Evaluating Vendors & Tools
Should you build or buy? How do you measure ROI, what about ongoing costs, hosting, and maintenance? Should we self-host open source models or use SaaS? Learn how to see through extraordinary claims in sales pitches.
Working with LLMs
"You're just not prompting it correctly."
Says every LinkedIn post from AI boosters. But, they're not always wrong. Learn how LLMs work, effective prompting techniques, and testing output quality.

What's the difference between the leadership workshop and the business unit course?
The leadership workshop is a 6-hour interactive session for C-suite, VPs, and directors. It's designed to give decision-makers a shared framework for evaluating AI strategy, risk, and governance, and to facilitate open discussions about where AI might best fit into your workflows.
The business unit course is a 20-hour asynchronous e-learning program for managers and individual contributors looking to implement AI in their day-to-day workflows. This course can be self-paced or proctored by Skill Foundry.

Do we need technical backgrounds to participate?
No! Both programs are specifically designed for non-technical audiences. The goal isn't to produce AI engineers (we have other offerings for that), but to produce informed decision makers and confident experimenters.
Do we need any specific software for the training?
No. The hands-on LLM modules can be delivered using any open-source, paid, or internal models. ChatGPT, Claude, Qwen, Deepseek, and others. We tailor the hands-on components to the tools your team already uses.
Can you customize these programs for our specific company or industry?
Yes! Both the executive workshop and the e-learning course can be tailored to your industry, use cases, and existing AI initiatives.
Note that customization incurs additional costs.
